And my mind told me that I can't bare to have too much free time as the more I'm relaxing here I will have more stress while my goals are 1 second 1 minute 1 hours 1 day 1month 1 years further away...and I will be retired 1second 1minute 1day 1hous 1day 1month 1years later... No no no
I cannot bare to waste that much time on things or people who isn't work that right. I must CUT OFF NAGATIVITY
WORK now ENJOY later... Just speed it up...

真确的保养头皮

相信很多人都会有头皮问题... 换了好多样品牌都找不到自己所需要的....

大家都没有做头皮护理的对吗？大多数人都会觉得是不重要的或者多余的...

为什么我们都会出现头发越生越少，头发都没那么健康。有些人是遗传性，但是这个都是借口吧 :p

所以说我们不能乱用头皮产品，要选者对的产品适合我们的的。

有时是我们的生活习惯倒置我们有头皮问题，这不是1或2天，这是l累计很久了。

所以说大家要关心一下我们的头皮哦...

那我就简单的解释给各位吧 ！！！

其他原因造成头皮问题：

a.  洗发精没清洁。

b.  使用脱脂力过强的不良洗发精。

c.  头皮上的皮脂过多。

d.  饮食不当，饮酒，及刺激性食物。

e.  容易紧张。

f.   睡眠不足。

g.  胃肠障碍，营养不均换，却维他命A, B6 , B2。

h.  使用不良美发产品。

i.   季节转

j.   用温水洗头，水过热会刺激头皮油脂分泌，令头油更多，水温过冻令毛孔收宿，发内的污        垢不能清洗掉。应用约20'C 水冲头。

k.  应用指腹轻轻按摩头皮，不但可增加血液循环，还可减少头皮形成。

l..  免将洗发水直接倒在头上，因未起泡的洗发水会对头皮造成刺激，形成头皮或加剧头皮出        现，故应倒在手中槎起泡再搽在头发上用温水洗头。

不要看小这样，久而久之倒置我们脱发，头皮屑问题，不能长出健康头发啦...

不知道有没有提过我有一头乌黑的但却有不亮泽的发质呢？嗨呀！我这又粗，又毛燥，又干燥的发质确实很懊恼！每一次换发型都让我很害怕啊！

一向来在我的脑海里都认为只要是留长头发就一定是个美女了。错误的观念，短发也可以很漂亮啊！我知道的，不过我还是想要把头发留长，因为我没留长发过呢。想要亲自体验一下长发飘逸的感觉啊... 长发确实有女人味比较性感。但长期又烫，又漂和染的对我的发质来说应该很快的致命，我必须解决这问题了！
